Nick, Have you looked at Blue Point controllers? They are not powered, but do control track circuits as well as hold the points. I installed four sets on one of my modules and they worked very well. I have set myself two projects to work through for our show in February - the PCO and more SEM container wagons. Time will tell how much success I have. :-)
